A: Yes, we often offer special discounts – we refer to them as “codes” on our site. Most discount codesare automatically applied to your basket, without having to use a promo code at the end of the order.You’ll typically find codes on our homepage, on our offers page and in emails.

A: If you have one of our discount codes, you’ll be able to use it after you’ve designed your products andadded them to your basket. In your personalised My Basket, we’ll ask if you have a code to enter. Justtype it in and press “Apply” – we’ll take care of the rest.

A: No, our coupons are not combinable with any other offers or discounts which you see on our site,except for the free delivery offer for orders over £40 (which will be automatically applied at checkout onbaskets of £40+).

A: No. Our system doesn’t allow you to combine two offers at the same time. If you enter a promo codeat checkout, the offer that was applied before will be replaced by the promo code offer. If you want toreturn to the previous offer, simply click on “Change code” or click the cross symbol.
