UPDATE 4/22/24 WOWThe staff handled the 4/20 Holiday so effortlessly. Mike did a fantastic job moving the line of people forming by 815 am. Everyone was happy to be at work and ready for the hustle 😁I see some reviews of people complaining about the line. IT IS WHAT IT IS. You wait for coffee, you wait for drive thru take out food but God forbid you have to wait at the dispensary. Please don't negatively rate a place due to their line. As for the "newbie" coming in for the first time or don't know what you want...I suggest utilizing the in house ordering iPad before you get in line it will help things move a lot quicker...give these people a break when you rate them. Also the refund and return policy complaints are ridiculous they are the same STATEWIDE from dispensary to dispensary. They can't just make an exception for "YOU".To the STAFF thank you for always being accommodating and friendly and even supportive when it's needed. Becoming a regular at your dispensary is like having a team of people help me be the best me I can be. ITS VERY APPRECIATED 💚✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨Ugh what can I say. My home away from home lol. Restore has the BEST patient advocates in the business. They have excellent discounts and loyalty points (5% back for every $100 you spend) to save up. Veterans get 25% off every visit, SNAP gets you 15% off. They are hands down setting the bar for what a dispensary should be. Always great discounts, fantastic patient advocates and friendly atmosphere. The vibes are always chillin, good music playing and everyone is always HAPPY to be at work. Can't say a bad word about Restore, I absolutely love this place.I just want to point out that all the security officers at Restore are friendly. I would just like to put a spotlight on Mike the security guard. He is kind, caring, compassionate and he makes my day every time I see him at the desk 😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 he always has a big bright smile ☺️

Today was my first time at Pottstown Restore, and I had a wonderful experience! Sean was great he weeled my in and out! Thanks Sean! Then there was a wonderful cashier got some of my merchandise and she was awesome. The Pharmacist are wonderful the phone calls with Michelle and Jack helped me so much in the store today. He knew what would help with my MS! Only dispensery. ONLY dispensery that calls me to tell me they are out of what I ordered. Years. Years I’ve been in the program. Not 1 dispensery has it ever happened to me except Restore. I’ll never understand it. It’s why I avoid it at all costs.

The first time I shopped at Restore, Mike from security noticed that I may need some assistance getting into the building. I had injured my knee that afternoon and I could not walk. Mike was so kind and brought me a wheel chair. He got me registed, through the line, and helped me until my purchase was completed. The entire staff at Restore in Pottstown is terrific. Mike is special!! He has continued to greet me with a smile and calls me by name each and every time I am there. I have been going to Restore in Pottstown for nearly 3 years and Mike is a huge reason I keep going back!!

I have been going to restore since it opened and I have nothing but good things to say about them. And I know Mike the security guard has been there since day one. He does a great job, he makes sure if you are waiting for a register to open, he comes out of the office and makes sure you are taken of. Great employee and great dispenserary. Thank you.

I have a great experience every time i go here. Just now getting to putting a review . All the workers are friendly and always know what they’re talking about, & if they don’t they will certainly ask someone about it which is great. I usually work with the curly hair girl with glasses I believe her name is lily. She always says no eye contact makes the sales faster 🤣 as she makes eye contact and smiles. Love the smile makes me forget what I was getting. She always suggests great flower and we have great small talks. Ty restore team and to the managers for hiring people who know the products and love to learn about them.

She thoroughly went through my large order from my hard earned cash, packed my items nicely and was very polite. We need more Chelsea’s !

My favorite store to visit! Everyone is so fun and always happy. I am in pretty often and know most of the associates and basically consider them all my friends at this point. Never a bad experience here! Oh, and Billy is THE MAN!!!

I've been coming here for a while. They have a decent points system and offer a wide variety of discounts. The drive-through is convenient when you call ahead and beat the line. Staff is informed and helpful. Expect a brief waiting line sometimes on busy days like Friday. That is all.

Absolutely love this location!! It’s my go to. Never had a negative experience here! Everyone is very willing to take the time to educate you and help you find what you are looking for. Came to leave a review specifically because I had such a wonderful experience being helped by Cassie this weekend! She went above and beyond to help me and really took the time to make sure I had all the helpful info! She was awesome and deserves a raise!
